1. About AIMD

AIMD is the trading name of Clinical Artificial Intelligence Medi Decisions Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at B-1002, 10th Floor, Plot-8pt, T-5 Dioro, Wadala Truck Road, Antop Hill, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400037, India. We build evidence-grounded clinical AI platforms, one per specialty: OrthoAI (orthoai.in), CardioAI (cardioai.in), RehabAI (rehab-ai.com), DentalAI (dental-ai.in) and AnaesthesiaAI (anaesthesiaai.com).

Each platform answers clinical questions through specialty-tuned AI agents, citing peer-reviewed literature indexed on PubMed alongside curated specialty datasets and video libraries.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to this website and, as group-level terms, to the AIMD platforms and their mobile applications. Where an individual platform or an app store publishes additional terms for that product, those apply in addition to these; if they conflict, the product-specific terms govern for that product.

3. Medical disclaimer

AIMD platforms are clinical decision-support and education tools for qualified professionals. They provide educational information and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace professional medical judgment.

Every clinical decision remains the responsibility of the treating clinician. AI-generated answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and cited sources must be read and appraised before they are relied on. Nothing in our services creates a doctor–patient relationship. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate registration information, to keep your account credentials secure and not to share your account with anyone else.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or harm the platforms or other users
• Do not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract content from the services
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the models, prompts or source code
• Do not use the services to develop competing products or to train other AI systems
• Do not enter information that directly identifies a patient, or any data you are not entitled to disclose
• Do not present AI-generated output as independent clinical authority to patients or third parties

5. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you can create with an email address and password or through Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Our platforms offer a free tier with a daily consult limit and paid subscriptions with higher or unlimited use. Prices, inclusions and limits are those shown at the time of purchase on the relevant platform.

Subscriptions bought inside our iOS applications are billed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms; subscriptions bought on the web or on Android are billed by our payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current term — for App Store purchases, at least 24 hours before renewal, through your store account settings. Refunds are handled under the refund policy published on the relevant platform, and for store purchases under that store's policy.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, conversations and files you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content in order to operate the services — to generate answers, to maintain your history and to support and secure the platform. You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit.

8. Intellectual property

The AIMD name, the platform names and logos, the applications, this website and our original content are owned by AIMD and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property laws. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works requires our express written permission.

Third-party materials surfaced by the services — including PubMed-indexed articles and partner video libraries — remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for reference. Your use of those materials is subject to the terms of their publishers.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of the services, and we do not warrant that AI-generated answers are free of errors or omissions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Third-party links

Our services link to third-party sites and resources, including the individual platform websites, publishers and app stores. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
