Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AIMD collects across this website and our clinical platforms, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Effective: 21 August 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Clinical Artificial Intelligence Medi Decisions Private Limited ("AIMD", "we", "us") and to the services we operate: this website at aimd.global and our specialty clinical platforms — OrthoAI (orthoai.in), CardioAI (cardioai.in), RehabAI (rehab-ai.com), DentalAI (dental-ai.in) and AnaesthesiaAI (anaesthesiaai.com) — together with their mobile applications.
The platforms share a single backend and a single sign-in system, so the practices described here apply to all of them. Where a platform publishes its own policy, that policy governs that platform and this one covers the group.
2. This website
aimd.global is a static marketing site. It does not set cookies, does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and does not require an account. The enquiry form on this site opens a message in your own email client — the details you type are never transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you choose to send that email.
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability purposes.
3. Information the platforms collect
When you register for one of our clinical platforms, we collect the information needed to create and run your account, and the information you generate while using it.
- Account details — your name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash) and the professional details you choose to provide, such as specialty, qualifications and place of practice
- Sign-in data — where you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile information those services release to us (see section 4)
- Clinical content — the questions you ask, the conversations you have with our AI agents, and any files or images you upload for analysis
- Subscription and billing records — your plan, entitlements and transaction identifiers; card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers
- Usage and diagnostics — device and application identifiers, IP address, app version, feature usage, and crash and performance data that help us keep the service reliable
4. Google and Apple sign-in
Our platforms offer sign-in with Google. We request only the basic profile and email address scopes. From these we receive your name, email address, Google account identifier and profile picture, and we use them for one purpose: to create or identify your AIMD account and sign you in.
AIMD's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalised artificial-intelligence models. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
You can withdraw our access at any time from your Google account's third-party access settings; doing so stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the AIMD account already created. Sign-in with Apple works the same way, using the name and email address Apple releases, which may be a private relay address.
5. How we use your information
- To operate the platforms, including generating cited answers to your clinical questions
- To create, secure and manage your account, and to authenticate you across sessions and devices
- To process subscriptions, entitlements and payments
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse and investigate security incidents
- To analyse aggregate usage patterns so we can improve the product
6. Training and model use
We do not use your clinical conversations to train third-party foundation models, and we do not sell them. Where content is reviewed to improve our own retrieval, prompting and safety, it is handled by a limited number of authorised personnel under confidentiality obligations.
Answering a question requires sending it to the AI model provider that generates the response. Those providers act as our processors and are contractually restricted from using your content to train their models.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platforms — cloud hosting, AI model providers that process your query to generate an answer, payment processors, email delivery, and crash and performance reporting — each bound to use it only on our instructions.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of AIMD, our users or the public. If AIMD is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will give notice before it becomes subject to a different policy.
8. Retention and security
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and your clinical conversation history until you delete it or close your account. After closure we retain only what we need for legal, tax, audit and dispute-resolution purposes, and then delete or anonymise the rest.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
You can review and update your account information at any time from within the platform, delete individual conversations, and unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in those messages.
You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, or delete it and close your account. Write to info@aimd.global from the address registered to your account and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your account removes your profile and conversation history from the live service, subject to the retention exceptions in section 8.
10. Confidentiality of patient information
Our platforms are built for clinicians and are not a medical record system. Please do not enter information that directly identifies a patient. Where a clinical question requires context, de-identify it first — you remain responsible for complying with the confidentiality and data-protection obligations that apply to your practice.
11. Children
Our services are intended for healthcare professionals and students in the field, and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International users and transfers
AIMD is based in India and our services are operated from there. If you use our services from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate, under laws that may differ from those of your own country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you, and your continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
